What is the last "Best of..." album you played?

Some artists have a lot of songs that I don't really care for. I am for the most part just interested in the better known songs, usually the hits. For me the RHCP is such a band, tons of filler per album, and maybe one or two good songs.

I am now spinning Olivia's Greatest Hits 2 by Olivia Newton-John. I basically only know her from Grease and Physical. When I bumped into this cd (Japanese pressing even) in a "pre-owned cd" store I took it home with me, the sound is quite good.

2 yesterday...Van Morrison and Lenny Kravitz. Which is unusual for me as I am not a fan of Best of's and Greatest Hits sets ...however picked both of these up for £1 each.

Experience Hendrix - never really been a fan of Jimi but saw this for a couple of pounds and thought I'd give it a whirl

I've got that one too... I'm not a hardcore Hendrix fan, so this fits the bill...

    Excellent song!
The disc has no indication it was Anderson, I figured maybe Vangelis had a brother  Quite surprised when Jon's vocals came on!

I've been spinning the Captain Beefheart anthology The Dust Blows Forward. I wouldn't have imagined that a career spanning Beefheart set would work this well, but it does. Excellent song selection, and it fills in some of the gaps for those of us who don't have all the albums.
