Ever since I first heard them during the same weekend over 30 years ago it's been both "Forever Changes" and "Sketches of Spain".

In A Silent Way, Discreet Music and The Composer of Desafinado Plays all get honourable mentions too.

love it. Love that you had the balls to go with your top pick vs. a popular choice like The Beatles, etc. I have this original vinyl signed by Bernard Butler. The original vinyl and Bernard Butler's signature are two very tough things to get before the internet in the U.S.

Now that I've actually thought about it, it's likely "Long Lost Relatives" by Syrinx. Pretty much going on what album I listen to the most even though it isn't really the style of music I usually listen to. It isn't rock at all.... much of it is soothing but too strange to work as background music. I picked up another copy over the weekend to finally replace my first one. I recommended it although I know it isn't going to bowl anyone over on first listen.

Beatles REVOLVER ever since I first heard it in 1976 or 1977. I got lucky and got the UK version (and I live in the US-there just happened to be an import in with the regular albums (and at regular prices too!).

[IMG] This is my favorite album ever. This record can make me cry and makes me shiver with pure emotion. This is as good as it gets in my opinion.

Could be any one of about 40 or 50, probably. Or more.

And then it would change daily, of perhaps hourly if I'm spinning records all day.

How does anyone boil it all down to just one?!?
