My wife is pretty easy-going when it comes to music, actually. She can just about vibe with any Soundgarden or Alice In Chains that I choose to blast!

 

She loves erykah badu, jill scott, frank ocean . I mildly like neo soul since the bands play a slowed down fusion in a sense

 

She loves the Beach Boys, always has, always will. Music we grew up with!

 

Yesterday she was listening to contemporary Christian while I was listening to Marilyn Manson. Go figure.

Not sure exactly but it's classical.

 

Here's the key that I've discovered. My wife likes songs. Things that she can sing along to. I like rock music. Things that I can eat raw liver to.

 

She listens to the local Classic Rock radio station in her car. That's just about it.

 

Mostly Baby Shark (we have a toddler boy)

 

She only likes pop or modern hits these days. We used to go to concerts together and she doesn’t like doing it anymore. She doesn’t think it’s weird if I go to a concert by myself so it’s all good with me!
