...would like to have this included in a Bongo Fury Project/Object.

    200 Years Old (extended mix)

The sections from 1:52-2:33 and 3:12-5:56 were edited out of the "Bongo Fury" version. This test pressing appears to be Side 1 of the unreleased "follow up" to "One Size Fits All" and it was likely to contain "Greggery Peccary" on the other side

    Fantastic.

A Bongo Fury Project/Object would be at the top of my list as well! Maybe if Joe is listening...

Frequently suggested. I'm sure he knows. As I have mentioned a few times, next year is 45th anniversary.

Would it be possible to have a box set covering the sessions for Ship Arriving Too Late to Save a Drowning Witch? Or was that compiled from too wide an assortment of sessions. live shows etc? Just wondering what could be unearthed that went into the title song, for instance.

Drowning Witch was one side of Chalk Pie plus the three studio tracks.

They should just release Chalk Pie.

I'd say as RSD limited vinyl issues they should do Chalk Pie, Crush All Boxes, etc. Especially if the original artwork survives.

In addition to Chalk Pie there are other good FZ-edited/mixed cuts from the 1981 and 82 tours that are probably in the vault and could make for a strong release.

    yes, forgot about Chalk Pie!

As long as there's a CD edition later, I vote for your idea. :agree:

Those would be worth having for the different mixes and such. It's been a long time since I last heard it, but I remember Crush All Boxes being a really nice listen.

Maybe Joe is trying to finish something up before he goes out on the King Crimson tour in June and July.

If they continue with expensive sets in the 90-100 dollar range I'll have to listen on YouTube. I just blew a hundred on the Hot Rats box. A nice set but 60 bucks would be closer to a fair price, imo.

It would appear that they're alternating the less expensive and more expansive releases. Let's hope that continues.

  22. I think $100 is just fine. After all, it includes an awesome board game!

I'd love a couple of different shows from the '88 tour.

I don't know if you're being serious but I could care less about the board game. Give me a space saving clamshell box with the music.

Yes please...audio and video. Either different cities or multiple nights from one location with different setlists.
