    Here's mine:

The Foundation's hit song "Baby, Now that I've Found You" was written in the same bar in the same pub in London where Karl Marx wrote Das Kapital.

Mine would undoubtedly be something about Keith Moon, but I need time to write them all down and put them in a hat before I can decide...

Oddly enough, George Harrison's "All Thing Must Pass" contains two future convicted murderers; drummer Jim Gordon and producer Phil Spector. :yikes:

I read this somewhere on this forum and it always cracks me up:

Jimi Hendrix was inspired to write "The wind cries Mary" after a fight with his girlfriend about her horrible cooking.

It was penned in an apartment that he rented from Ringo Starr.

Ringo later had to evict Jimi after Hendrix white-washed the entire apartment while tripping on LSD.

If it's true, that is the best rock n roll story ever.
