    Nice titles "monte4"! I own the 1978 pressing of I'm Ready, along with a 2008 Pure Pleasure release, which is another excellent reissue label. :righton:

    Had this in the queue to listen to for a bit now. It isn't half bad. Some nicely played classics.

    Listening to the late,great Lonnie Mack tonight."Live At Coco's 1983"a 2 CD set.This was released and sold through Lonnie's website and released in 1998.Coco's was a club/restaurant in Covington,Ky right across the Ohio River from Cincinnati.Saw him there and another club in 1982 a few times before this was recorded.Lonnie was ahead of his time,in the early 60's he was already playing great rock and roll,blues and soul with his own great unique style.Lonnie with his red 1958 Gibson Flying V played some great blues.

    This is the complete show from Coco's that night.Lot's of blues,country and rock,even a cover of a Police song.He was playing with his brother Billy's (who also plays guitar) band,not a concert,just sets like you would see at any bar.The great records on Alligator were still in the future,where he would get a larger audience.
    If you're a fan of Lonnie,you will enjoy this and if you never heard of Lonnie,it's about time :)
    @MYQ1 you will like this!

    I have this. An excellent set. Also you mention Pure Pleasure Records. I have a couple of Quicksilver Messenger Service LP's on that label. You're right they sound excellent.
