Hagerman Bugle with Hagerman power supply, custom built by Sushimaster. Dead quiet, black backround. My DL-110 sings through it.

No, sorry. It is pretty "functional" looking, as there is no cover. The Bugle and Power Supply are mounted to a "bread board" and there are small rubber feet under it.
It was built expertly, and the Bugle runs optimally due to the matching power supply. I love this thing, and would not trade it for a $1000 pre amp.

Got fed up with trying them, and
Changed my passive for a Croft
Vitale. It overdrove. So i sent it to
Glenn Croft who configured it for my
    Power Amp , a Leak TL 12+ X 2
    And upgraded phono stage.
Simply the best ,at any price.
Pleasantly surprised . The line stage also superb.

Heed Quasar--two box solution that does MM/MC and has a wide gain flexibility--52/58/68 on the low output stage and 62/68/78(!) on the high output and you can either output with the MC or MM sections. Sound is incredible--checks my mantra of maximum detail with retained smoothness. Great piece--wish it had more MC load options but I can't see myself getting out of the Soundsmith family and it covers them off perfectly.

My main phono stage is an Audio Research PH5- it sounds especially great when combined with its 'brother' ARC LS17. I also have an AVID Pulsus phono stage but I rarely use it as the LS17 and PH5 have such a great synergy effect when combined.
