    Watched last night - one of my all time favorites and so happy to see it get the Criterion treatment. Cool extras too. Loved the doc on Jack Arnold.

    Its an uninspiring list considering all the classics that have optioned and still not released on blu ray.
    High sierra is a possibility. But thats it.

    I'd recommend High Sierra. These high def transfers of old BW films are quite stunning to me. Plus this one has lots of great extras, including Raoul Walsh's own remake of the film as a western, which is fun, and a documentary about Walsh and his career. I do hope Criterion keeps releasing these old Hollywood film classics because they do them so well.
