    Having just listened to the 10CD Woodstock 50th Anniversary set, I'll revive this dormant thread with my list:

    Arlo Guthrie

    Ravi Shankar
    Santana

    And if anyone is considering purchase of the 10CD set, I highly recommend reading the extremely detailed (17,000 word!) review of it in an unlikely place: the All About Jazz website.
