This is good news for my wallet. ATYCLB isn’t my favorite album but one of love to have on vinyl. POP has always eluded me.

Still holding out for a nice 2lp reissue Of Achtung Baby. Really weird they never gave it a standard reissue.

it sounds nice, but the vinyl quality of every copy i bought was crap. made when GZ seemed to be churning out bunk discs very frequently.

Excited for ATYCLB if the vinyl remaster is going to sound good! It is one of my favorite U2 albums! I was in the camp of it being a return to form and their best material since Joshua Tree, and I think it is the last great record they made. Can’t wait!

ATYCLB can't hold a candle to Achtung Baby, all 3 of the noughties albums could have been condensed into a really good album.

Good to see those 3 reissued, need to pick up AYCLB, HTDAAB and I take it that NLOTH should be on it's way.

I'm really excited about POP on vinyl. I'll probably get the other ATYCLB and Wide Awake in America, but POP is my favorite from U2. It was the first time for me seeing them on tour, and I loved the imagery, videos and remixes from that era. Interested to see how much of an improvement remastering will do to POP.

Has anybody found a decent pre-order price for POP?

i just went ahead and pre-ordered on amazon. if the price fluctuates downward at all, i'll get the lowest price on ship.

Discogs is showing the new Pop reissue was cut at Bernie Grundman Mastering and pressed at Optimal.

    Has anyone heard it yet?

Will these be the same ones we get in the USA? Discogs says UK & Europe.

Apparently by Scott Sedillo at BG, who has done several previous U2 releases.

Listened to ATYCLB, had to remove it from tt and give it a thorough cleaning, it was noisy as hell.
    Now it's better.

Sound is good but I get some distortion because the l.p. is severely dished ! Must say it was shipped without individual dedicated box from amazon.
    I ordered a replacement.

Apart from that it sounds great and packaging is decent, similar to original.

Hope the replacement is flat !

I need to open Pop and ensure it is not dished as well as it was not packed individually neither.

    Edit: Pop is flat

Received all 3 reissues today. Just getting started with ATYCLB now. Mine is also warped! About a 4mm dish warp (cereal would go in side A). I always do a needledrop on first play of a new record. I don't seem to be having any issues tracking the warp thankfully, although I probably should have stuck it in the Vinyl Flat first. I was impatient today!

Listening through headphones it sounds quite good. It seems to have a much more natural, dynamic type sound than I recall on the CD. I never had the original vinyl pressing, so can't offer a comparison there. Looking forward to hearing it on the big speakers. Deadwax has 'CB/SS'.

ATYCLB and Pop were both individually boxed, Wide Awake In America was not, FWIW.
