I assume anyone that had their order cancelled tried to email customer service (since no phone is listed). If anyone hears back please let us all know.
Yes, £17 for the deluxe editions does seem a tad OTT. I'm sick of hearing that CDs are dead and that you can pick them up for peanuts. I've never spent more on CDs than I'm doing these days. Literally hundreds per month.
I hope this works for you next time... however keep an eye to it then and now... I'm pretty sure than in the next few hours they'll pop up every now and then... crossing fingers for you...

with Music Vaultz I just show processed on their site, no email conformation and they did not reply to my two emails, however they did quickly when I emailed them back in October. At least it shows charge on my credit card statement as PENDING - I called them this am to confirm they allowed the charge and they did! So I guess it is a matter of time waiting now.....at least I will have the vinyl today!
No note in bundle about what is next up in re-release campaign.
How did you call them? Is there a phone number?
What bothers me is I am trying to get a telephone number for this Customer Service department but have been failing miserably. I managed to get Universal Music retail customer service but even they cannot give me the telephone number because they don't have one for them (so they say)! I hate having to email them. I'd rather speak with them but obviously they'd rather not.
Was it the big box?
Like some here, I purchased the Wings 1971-73 Box on PM.com, the US store. I do have an account, but all I got was a Paypal receipt. No orders show up on my profile at the PM.com store.
I have contacted FHCustomer care as they were listed on the receipt who then told me to contact Universal Music, who have not replied to my email for over 2 weeks now. There is a phone number of 267-270-5564 listed on my receipt, but no one answers.
Horrible customer assistance for a purchase that isn't cheap. Hoping it shows up, but at least I can file a dispute with Paypal if it does not show up.

I thanked them for keeping me in mind but did pitch a bi$#h about their timing and communication.
