Would you consider this audio near mint?

I'm a Julie London fan.

I have a few original pressings, none of which are perfectly quiet. Since some of the music is rather low in volume, the typical noise you get with lps feels exaggerated.

Sometimes I look for NM listed items on eBay, mostly as a time occupier rather than a genuine attempt at achieving my goal of finding a quiet copy of an original pressing.

During of my searches I came across the auction below. There's no way I'm shelling out $150 for this lp of course but the seller indicated there were sound samples so I decided to have a listen.
