    Hey all!
One of my favorite Bond Themes is “You Know My Name” by the late former Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell.
I know the song was recorded at AIR (Associated Independent Recording) in London, but I have wondered about what the original multitrack source is- a 24 track 2 inch reel to reel tape or a digital multitrack source via a DASH recorder, ADAT, or Pro Tools, etc.
Does anyone know the answer to this question? I’ve always suspected it to be 2 inch 24 track due to the large amount of saturation I hear on the drums, guitars, and horns, but I could be totally wrong. It could be a DASH or ADAT tape run through plenty of good preamps or even a Pro Tools recording.
    Thanks!

I think it’s ADD by the way it sounds. Analog multitrack, digital mixing, digital master.
