For $499? Not even if Arnold delivered it to my house in person.

I'd pay $0.49 if he delivered it to my house. And at that, he'd better have a pizza with him.

    That's just insane.

Insane? Perhaps. But where else are you going to find Guns N' Roses in DSD?

FWIW, I believe Elliot Scheiner was initially elected to mix the 5.1 on this one, but the controls were ultimately given to Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. Bodybuilder, actor, governor AND audio engineer? Who knew?

For those of you who can't afford the $499 price tag, there is also P.M. Dawn's Bliss Album on SACD for only $1.84 here: http://cgi.ebay.com/Bliss-Album-Sup...cmd=ViewItem&pt=Music_CDs&hash=item20afed55a4

These may be the only copies in existence so get 'em while they're here! :righton:

no. it just appeared on the lists for a lot of sellers due to mistake in the core classification system they all use. it's a cd.

Seriously, I listened to the samples for the regular CD. Great score for the movie, but as an album it starts to repeat its self pretty quick.

I remember years and years ago (maybe like 20) finding an LP of the first "Terminator" soundtrack at a tag sale for a couple bones. I picked it up. Let's just say those tracks were of a limited emotional range.

I think PhantomStranger was referencing the PM Dawn album, not T2, which clearly was released on SACD...

which album "clearly was released on SACD"?

I have never seen that Terminator SACD and was not aware it had been made - and I really followed SACD releases very closely.

    Interesting.

My apologies gentlemen. I assumed everyone here knew both discs were fakes. Neither were released officially on SACD. Do not waste your money on either.

Guess I need to watch what I say around here sometimes.

So the Terminator 2 SACD is a fake? The font on the cover does not match the one used on the original movie artwork.
