My choices would be the aforementioned "Break Stuff" from Limp Bizkit and this:

 

I just love how much passion is in those F-bombs during the chorus.

 

Tool - Ticks And Leeches is a great anger song.
First the venting, then a drawn out, brooding section that hits you emotionally, and then at last the Big Pay-Off.

Not anymore, but in my early twenties it would be a toss up between "Animal", "Rearview" or "Corduroy" all by Pearl Jam.
