At 65+ years old you don't play music to increase your anger, you play music to prevent the needle from going into the red zone...

With that said I have 5 top preferences...

    1.Miles Davis / Sssh - Peaceful (1969)

    2.Jimi Hendrix Experience / Side 3 of "EL" (1968)

3.Pharoah Sanders / The Creator Has A Master Plan (1969)

    4.Grateful Dead / Dark Star - Philly Spectrum 1972

    5.John Coltrane / Blue Train (1958)

    Great topic.
My choices would be the aforementioned "Break Stuff" from Limp Bizkit and this:

I just love how much passion is in those F-bombs during the chorus.

Tool - Ticks And Leeches is a great anger song.
First the venting, then a drawn out, brooding section that hits you emotionally, and then at last the Big Pay-Off.

Not anymore, but in my early twenties it would be a toss up between "Animal", "Rearview" or "Corduroy" all by Pearl Jam.

If I was really ticked off than perhaps Pink Floyd's "One of These Days..." LOL.

If I want to get madder, "Hotter and Hotter" by Rollins Band.
If I want to relax and get zen, "Infinite Sun" by Kula Shaker.

Great, and when the anger turns into depression we can go to "Rain When I Die" or "Down in a Hole."
