    Love the thread but hate catagoris
    Love this thread but have to agree. When starting to put bands into certain defined categories where does it actually start and end. Case in point for me the wonderful Lucinda Williams. Here in the U.K. spent friggin hours trying to find her product. Could be in mainstream, rock, country, Americana, or specialist sections in our remaining Record Stores. Can’t help the artist either.

    The Byrds are my favorite band but other than Sweetheart their albums were too eclectic to be considered country rock even though stuff like Tulsa County, 100 Years and Old Blue really hit the spot.

    Never heard of Goose Creek Symphony.

    Given that I love MTB & have recently got into Cowboy's music, I reckon there's a fair chance that I might like them!
