    Also, check to see if any of their feedbacks are from being a deadbeat on other seller's auctions. If they skipped out twice on paying for items they won, then they have little respect for other's time and money. You might bid there and lowball them.

    All of these warning signs do not mean I would never bid, just means I would bid less than normal. Keep these careless sellers from making big bucks by bidding $11 to $15 on items that otherwise should fetch $25 to $30. I think lowball bidding is a great way to get a bargain and keep risk minimal.
