I've been watching the reruns of ILC on the Aspire channel. I have to pick Wanda.
Jim Carrey's Fire Marshal Bill
Also love Jim Carrey's imitation of Vanilla Ice:
The Homeless guy...
The characters devised by both Damon Wayans and Jim Carrey had real edges to them, almost uncomfortably so.
Calhoun Tubbs (David Alan Grier)
Thank you very much...
Homey The Clown
Ta Dow was hilarious. So were those "Bam!" guys that Tommy Davidson & DAG did. What an incredible show that in its short run put more famous trash skit TV shows to shame.
Can't go wrong with these guys either:
Blaine Edwards and Antoine Merriweather
Keenan's version of Arsenio was fantastic.
Fire Marshal Bill was some fantastic physical comedy by Jim Carrey.
Mine too. I just looked him up to see what he had in his jar. It said a pickle, though I would have sworn it was something else...
The non-sequitir inmate was hilarious... “vaginally speaking...”
The Brothers Brothers.
Any character by Jim Carrey and Wanda by Jamie Foxx.
Homey the Clown, but the show was full of great characters. Very edge and clever, sometimes viciously so.
My wife and I have been watching a lot of the old episodes lately and loving them. There were a few misses, but many more great moments.
LOL...It was...I remember him referring to it as something else as well..
I give them three snaps in a Z formation.
Love these two. "Be nice Twon."
All of the above, plus no one's mentioned Vera de Milo yet. Or Cephus & Reesie.
Agreed. John Leguizamo's "House of Buggin'" was similarly excellent, and had an even shorter run.
Maybe they're remembered more fondly because they didn't overstay their welcome?
