I almost wasn't going to open this thread, because it seems there is a new one of this title every few weeks these days, but that classical music pairing kept me looking onward. Minimalism works well for me.
There have been several recent threads about favorite duets, and I was imagining the subject was in the pop-rock field, but by minimalism I mean I love two distinct instruments and after listening to your example, thought a violin and a piano duo or such would be worth seeking out.
One example of a nice pairing of different instruments is on a cd I have called Ceremonial Music that features a classical trumpet and organ. And I see that this cd is on You Tube
