    1960, Start of a new decade. The ninety-sixties, the most revolutionary decade in history of modern music is takin' off! But truth be told, its first year was very much an extension of the 50s. Teen pop is gradually taking over, although on a smaller scale independents were still churning out wyld rock 'n'roll, doo-wop and rhythm & blues records.
