I have tix to see Justin Hayward at an intimate Houston venue, The Heights Theater, in less than 2 weeks. I plan to see Roger Waters either in July in Chicago (where I have family) or October in Austin (which is driving distance). Finally, I'm going to see Pet Shop Boys + New Order in Chicago in September.

Black Label Society in Camden on Wednesday, then RHCP at the London Stadium at the end of the month. Was supposed to have Foo Fighters at the same stadium the following weekend, but events have unfortunately put an end to that.

Kraftwerk at the State Theater New Brunswick, NJ. Rammstein would have been next in Sept. at the Meadowlands but they kept cancelling.

New show announced today, that I'm sure I'll buy tickets for later this week and add to my list:

Green Day - Hard Rock Live - Hollywood, FL - Sept 22, 2022

I'm so conflicted by all these Hard Rock Live shows lately. It's nice to have the chance to see arena and stadium acts perform in an a smaller venue, about 7k capacity. But on the other hand, the tickets usually cost 2-3x more, compared to a "regular" show on that artist's tour.

Saw the Kraftwerk tour here in Cleveland about a week ago and it was fantastic. You’re in for a treat.

My next gig is Howard Jones/Midge Ure on July 6.

Not me, but my daughter road tripped yesterday with three of her friends to go see Rex Orange County at a 8,000 seat venue.

While we've attended small local outdoor events over the years, this was her first big(ish) show with just her and friends.

She had a great time and overall a great adventure.

    A right of passage.

I just saw Blackberry Smoke in a very cool place called The Shed in Maryville TN. It’s a great covered outdoor venue in laidback town on the edge of the Smokey Mountains. They were very good.

My next notable concert will be Wilco in August at an outdoor shed near Laconia NH.

I did hear a Saint Etienne gig last week though, as they played an outdoor show literally 100 yards from my flat. :shake:
