There's actually about a dozen good boxed sets still available.

 

Boy, what a pathetic shell of tumbleweeds this place has become. I hadn't been an active member for several years. I just rejoined because someone mentioned the 30% off sale, and figured maybe I could find a few things to buy for $4.89/ea. Not much...

No WEA or Sony product. It appears that all they have left is a modest amount of stuff from Universal and Capitol/EMI.

 

"Modest" is being overly generous!

 

there are still a couple things there I'd like to have dirt cheap. If the sale goes any lower than 30%/disk, I'll grab that stuff and cancel. Still holding out for a 40% or more sale, though.

 

Obviously interests and needs vary, but I couldn't any box sets worth buying.

Sorry to hear this. I've placed three orders and have received e-mail confirmations for all of them. The first order was placed yesterday, and I received a shipping confirmation today.

 

I just got my ship notice for the Buffet box-$20-good deal. Any SACDs that are left and box sets probably the way to go.

 

As I mentioned, I haven't been a member of the clubs for several years. I just rejoined (for the 30% off) and went through the box sets. I'm seeing the same stuff they had in the club several years ago (well, a dismal fraction of that stuff), plus a bunch of classical boxes. Really unimpressive.

 

You've checked your junk mail folder? They should be auto-generated and arrive within minutes, from my experience.

When you log in to your account online, do you at least see the order pending?

 

Thanks, yeah in the site my order status is shipped. but the email, I never got.

 

Just checked my e-mail and a ton of stuff in my queue is either no longer available for won't be shortly. the Captain Fantastic SACD is gone.

 

Do you think they will ever go below 30% off or "buy 2, get 1 free"?
