Thank you for posting. Of the ones you have suggested I liked Igra Staklenih Perlithe best. Did you see these bands at the time? In the 1970s would they be playing in clubs, or in theaters?

 

Yes, I did saw all of them. They were playing in all possible spaces - from undergound clubs and theatres to big arenas and stadiums.

This awesome instrumental track (called Domaći zadatak, which means "Homework" in English) from Smak's Crna Dama (1977) the album features one of very rare bass guitar solos on wah wah pedal.






Smak @ Pionir arena, Belgrade, Serbia; it was their first concert of Crna Dama tour 1977.

 

First album of Zagreb's band Aerodrom titled Kad misli mi vrludaju ("When My Thoughts Are Reversed") is a beautiful Symphonic rock LP from 1979, full of pleasant atmosphere, well executed; the bands played in an airy style that still sounds fresh even today, and it's very original - although it's Sympho-Rock subgenre, nothing on the album sounds like some "rip off" from Genesis and Yes. Sadly, the band had changed the music direction into New Wave / Pop; well, it was already 1979. But anyway, Aerodrom's debut is one of the greatest achievements of Yugo-Prog. I suggest that this album should be heard in its entirety.
