    I thought that speech Ringo (as Zappa) makes about the 'death' of the orchestra a 'worth-sitting-through-the movie' scene..... opened my 'teen-age' mind to the cynical aspect of Zappa's world!

    Oh you're right! Ringo is just perfect in that scene! With perfect Zappa-like delivery... you just hear Frank Zappa!

    In the rest though he looks drunk and so out-of-it...

    The other interesting aspect about it is that some of the band's music is without the studio overdubs that are on the soundtrack album.
