I've had good luck with getting the actual item I've ordered in the past, and they were very responsive when a custom 4-disc case arrived smashed.

 

Am I reading this correctly that the sale is only for pre-owned?

Gotcha. Nice that you can mix and match, but there were only 36 pcs of used vinyl listed online to choose from.
