Notes that come to mind.

The MFSL uses the Yoko remixes I believe...you might just want to check out which would be better the MFSL or the standard 2000 remix issue in term of bonus tracks.

Also definitely get the first CD releases of Double Fantasy and Milk & Honey though, as those were ruined in the Signature Box.

Lastly, Live Peace has the Japan Mini LP release as well. Not sure which sounds better, that or the MFSL.
