I love Feelgood The only songs I don't like are "Time for Change" , "Rattlesnake Shake" , and "Sticky Sweet"
I know the Decade of Decadence era was short but I love it. They seemed so natural. No makeup no gimmicks. They were getting a bit heavier and raw it felt like. I thought Vince sounded his best. Damnit. I would have loved to see what they would have keep doing with Vince in the band
Well, imagine Vince singing the MC94 album! Imagine his voice on HOOLIGAN'S HOLIDAY? That would have been great . . . that's what they were working towards when they fired him
12/91 Rehearsals begin in a Californian warehouse for a new Mötley Crüe studio album, with a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule for band members, especially since Bob Rock is too busy to produce at this time. One new song is titled I’m a Victim of a Psycho Bitch, while others include Try This One, New Blooze and Bittersweet. They plan on recording seventeen to twenty tracks for the new album. Nikki says the songs are very dark and lyrically profound, dealing with current and critical subject matter, while musically they are extremely aggressive with complex arrangements; some are in the vein of old Black Sabbath.
Jesus, I love Mick but how about recording something with just one of those guitars and releasing it sometime before I'm dropped off at the crematorium?! And Motley Crue isn't the band I listen to when I want to hear a vintage instrument through a vintage amp untouched. I love Mick's playing style but nobody ever wanted to sound like him.
So this is really freaking random but like if your a rock star, I'm gonna use tommy lee for example why the hell do you need these fancy expensive houses when you are never home! Looking at Tommy's instagram he is hardly ever home. He's always traveling and all that. Like it almost makes no sense why these guys go out and buy these multi million dollar houses Even during their prime it's not like they were home very often I mean even today Vince says he hates being at home which is why he still tours or hangs out at his club or the casinos I just have a hard time imagining rock stars just sitting at home watching tv or movies or whatever. Like I feel like they would go crazy just sitting there. They need a audience
Did anyone buy the end box set that pledge music put out with the six vinyl's and CD's with the book/pass etc. I was wondering what the mixes were like on the vinyls before I get it or just get individual copies of each album. My original copies of Dr Feelgood and SATD are sounding worn.

I've been cranking this all morning, what a great Motley audio boot! This has been circulating for over 30 yrs but it sounds remastered here. Vintage Motley: sleazy, a little sloppy but great-sounding. Live in Boston on the SHOUT AT THE DEVIL tour. THE sh!t
Mainly as an investment. Notice they always move about every ten years and sell their home for a profit. It also gives them a vehicle for tax deductions and if their other finances go in the toilet they will have an asset that creditors cannot go after. Only the IRS can mess with your home.
