Amanda Marshall SACD

Any word on whether Sony fixed the problem on the Amanda Marshall
SACD. (Only one channel would play on the stereo layer!)

 

Don't know if they repaired the problem...sent mine back to Sony.
Called the help line, got the new one in about a week. It had the problem corrected. Talked to the Sony rep on the phone she had no idea there was a problem with this title. Then again I don't think she had any idea what SACD was.

 

I should have done that ,too.
Instead I took it back to the store and now it's a crap shoot!!

 

I hear ya. Tried that also, second one had the same issues.

 

I tried three and gave up. I guess I am now waiting for someone I trust (like Elusive Disc) to announce they have copies that have no problem in stereo. Too bad, because I very much enjoyed the music.

GREAT ALBUM!!!

 

Thanks for the heads up on this one. I was very interested in purchasing this CD. I have been a huge Amanda Marshall fan since her first release. I will wait until I know this has been corrected.
