This has literally only been apparent to me since today, but I have noticed that Amazon.com has stopped showing Amazon.com-fulfilled new CDs (with Prime shipping) as the primary listing for CDs. For example: https://www.amazon.com/Youre-Readin.../ref=tmm_acd_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=
What's unusual is when you check another country's listing like the Canadian '.ca' version, that is not the case, which is goodhttps://www.amazon.ca/Youre-Reading.../ref=tmm_acd_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=
Obviously Amazon.com IS still selling the new copy, but it's buried, and is not the default listing anymore as you have to click the "(x) New" link before you see it. While I can I guess live with it, personally, I find this aggravating, as I like to buy new, especially when I shop online as I cannot see the used copy for myself and check it's condition.
So, does anybody know what the heck is going on, why this only seems to be the case for ".com" and not others, and if somebody can PLEASE REASSURE me that this isn't a bad, horrendous indicator for Amazon's future with the format and that this is just an annoying little quirk or foible, that would be greatly appreciated. (Hopefully for anybody reading this it's not too late :))

Maybe they're just so over-the-top in love with the idea of selling "something" that you can never run out of (like a file, or access to a file, or the simplicity of charging money for something as non-existent as "a file"), that they forgot, sometimes, no matter how badly you try to sell your customer "nothing" (but, in some cases, access to, "bandwidth"), that they just don't care anymore about how picky your customer is about getting the right version of fifty different versions of, "Product".

 I don't know both .com and .ca look similar to me. Click "New" and there are Prime shipping listings along with regular shipping sellers. It's been this way as long as I can recall.

Yeah at worst it's slightly annoying to me, but I was really just curious if anybody noticed it, or if it really means anything, which it shouldn't.
