Some really great shows are getting marathons.

 

Will these marathons pre-empt Carson reruns?

 

Yes, it looks like it but maybe they'll bump the Carson re-runs back an hour to accommodate them?

Too bad they are not.doing a day of Carson reruns.

 

I bet they will for some anniversary or another at some point if they can.

Yep. Same here.

 

Unfortunately a few years of The Tonight Show episodes in the late 60's were tottaly erased !.. Frankly I've seen enough of the late 70s - 80s and Dick van Patten and no names to last my entire lifetime!

I'm wondering when Johnny decided to kabaash.. musical groups from appearing on his show.

 

Good news! I checked the Antenna TV website schedule for Saturday, June 3rd and Johnny Carson will air on its' regular 9 PM Central / 10 PM Eastern time slot so I assume it will run at that regular time throughout the marathon's timeframe.

 

Bump! It starts tomorrow with 9 hours of Mork and Mindy.

 

What time does it start?

 

12 PM Central / 1 PM Eastern.

 

Probably in 1969 when the Young Bloods were supposed to be on only Carson didn't like their behavior before the show and told them to blow their noses and go home.

This Saturday is The Monkees and who can say "no" to 9 hours of The Monkees?

 

I watch Mork & Mindy all the time. So great.

 

This Saturday is Good Times and it looks like they'll be running some pretty good episodes.

By the way, after the marathon ends at the end of Summer that's usually when they switch to the Fall schedule where some shows will be leaving the schedule and others will be joining so it will be interesting to see what leaves and what comes in then and how the regular schedule changes.

 

There's a Webster marathon tomorrow. The show is really a lot funnier than you might think it would be.

 

What are the marathons again?
