I'm spinning an old album I hadn't listened to in a long time and Big Love comes on, Little Village, and it strikes me how big, strong, beautiful and heart felt this song is. Not just the singing but each muscian brings this same feeling, the big fat sound of the slide guitar.....so I was thinking this might be a good post to see what others would suggest as songs that are soaked in heart felt feelings but not in a soppy way, a good strong song where you know all the musicians really felt that way from the first note to the last decay.
