Saw this poll posted on Reddit and it really got me. Look at this list! Just about every track a stunner. "Arboria" is probably my personal weakest link but I adore every selection, at least a little. Let's do that poll thing again, shall we? Pick your top 3*!

*(no changing, so choose carefully! also set this to where you do not have to vote to view results)

    Liar
    Ogre Battle
In the Lap of the Gods
    The Prophet's Song
    Somebody to Love
    Get Down, Make Love
    Dead on Time
    Rock It
    Arboria
    Put Out the Fire
    Machines (Back to Humans)
    Who Wants to Live Forever
    Breakthru
    All God's People
I Was Born to Love You

I had to go with Liar, The Prophet's Song and Breakthru. Blasphemy, right? Especially with Somebody To Love sitting there just daring you to pick it.

Man, this is a tough one. There really aren't any bad ones here except, as you said, 'Arboria', though I think 'All God's People' is a pretty weak song overall. If I had to pick three, I'd go with 'Ogre Battle', 'Somebody To Love', and 'Who Wants To Live Forever', though 'Rock It', 'Dead On Time', 'Lap Of The Gods', and 'Prophet's Song' are the four runner-ups.

I went with those same three! My runner-ups would be Liar, Prophet, and possibly Breakthru.

Yeah Ogre Battle's an amazing choice too. So much asskicking riffage and the backwards intro is just cool.

I went for the first three, but there's some great choices I had to omit, particularly 'Somebody To Love' and 'Get Down, Make Love'.

Liar, Prophet's Song, Somebody To Love. All are lengthy epics that defined the band's sound during the period they were released in.

*That's not to say that the other's don't also define the band's sound during the period, but if you were to pick a track for a list of "The Best Queen Tracks off of each album", you would likely pick those three off of each of their respective albums rather than the other tracks off of their albums.

Followed by The Prophet Song and Somebody To Love.

Seems to be a bit of a theme going down here!

Liar hands down. What a powerful song. I would have bought the album just based on that song.

  20. I'll pick Arboria, Deacy goes ambient, I just wish the dialogue was removed and that the music was longer!

You can't go wrong with Battle and Prophet's song

I went with “Liar,” “Prophet’s Song,” and “Somebody to Love,” but let’s pretend I picked “Ogre Battle” instead of “Somebody to Love.” Unfortunately it’s too late to change my vote.

A lot of rock fans here did. "Liar" got good rotation on our FM rock station. It perked up a lot of ears.
