CDJapan question

I know this may be a lame question. I just registered on CDJapan, and ready to purchase several Japan mini lp cds. Are the Obi's always included? I ask because the majority of the pictures are without them, but are elsewhere like ebay and so forth. Just wanted to make sure before I shell out money.
