Every record collector knows how important it is to know the various address changes of record companies, to be able to arrange chronologically the different editions: the address of the record company, in fact, may appear on the label, or on the outer cover or on the inner sleeve.

This thread is proposed, with the help of all those who wish to contribute, to list as many possible changes of address, in order to facilitate the task of collectors.

    - Atlantic (USA): from 1841 Broadway to 73 Rockefeller Plaza: the change is made towards the end of 1973.

    - Base Records (Italy): the company first resided in Bologna at Via Castiglione 109 but moved to Via Collamarini 26 in 1984

    - Blue Note (USA): from Lexington Ave to 47 WEST 63rd in 1957

    - Island Records (UK): the company moved from Basing Street London W11 to 22 St Peters Square London W6 9nw in 1973

    - Prestige (USA): from W. 50th St. N.Y.C to Bergenfield N.J. in 1957

    ....to be continued
