Cool Edit Pro question

When I'm declicking is there a way to advance the screen without using the mouse?

Well if I could tear Grant away from the Johnny Cochran thread...

 

use the arrow keys
or if you want to highlight a section use shift arrow
(info for audition - should be the same for cool edit)

 

they must be different...when I push the arrow right or left it highlights it and when I push shift it starts "Play"

 

time to upgrade

 

FWIW I'm happy with CEP since all I use it for is declicking and sometimes fading.

When you drag the hand from left to right to advance a few seconds.

 

Another way to put it. Move to the next few seconds of music.

I've set number 3 to play/pause the music and then of cours F# for a single declick... not excactly what I wanted but a lot faster then what I was doing before. SH Forums rocks!

Well I finally figured it out but I swear that I had tried it earlier and it wouldn't work for some reason. It's scroll right one page and scroll left one page and it sure makes it quicker especially since I set them up as "s" for scroll left, "d" for scroll right, "f" for repeat last command and space to play/pause.
