Elusive Disc and MFSL

Pretty good prices on some MFSL vinyl and cds. I grabbed a ton of Elvis Costellos that I had held off buying.

 

Which Elvis Costellos did you pick up?
When you checked out, was a 20% discount automatically applied?

 

I got most of them, except Punch the Clock. No 20% on top of the discount, but free shipping over $99 and a MFSL under $20 is a good deal.

 

Hmm I need a few but not sure which to pick up. What are the must haves of the sale albums? 19.99 is a good price ! Thanks!

 

I can only speak on the Elvis stuff, although the Band stuff is great, but I'm passing on cds now. King of America, Imperial Bedroom, splurge for Get Happy. I LOOOOVE Almost Blue. They all are great, but Punch the Clock for me is where I said no. Wish they had Armed Forces. These are just my opinions. I mean all these releases are strong. We are talking about his high water period, IMO.

 

I would suggest purchasing Get Happy as well - so many good songs on probably the best vinyl format available (High Fidelity, indeed!). Don't know if you're Fremer guy or not, but Mikey liked it a lot: Elvis Costello's Soul Album Gets Double 45 Treatment! »

 

Miles Davis Milestones for 19.99 as well MFSL...if you dont have it already.

They sold out and got more copies of this, but are selling at the regular price. Really wish I didn't pass them one up!!!!
