I went Sat. afternoon, it was a big, nice, old house. They had a auction Friday night and it looks like some of the records didn't bring near what they thought they would. A lot of 66 copies of a Harvey Fuqua single, on Tri-Phi, "She Loves Me" b/w "Anyway You Wanta" went for $1100. 27 copies of a single by Saundra Mallet and the Vandellas, "The Camel Walk" b/w "It's Gonna Be Hard Time", that they estimated at $5000-$10,000 went for $550. They did have some 45's with a certificate of authenticity fo $40, half off yesterday. They were pretty obscure and not very valuable. Didn't get to see the pool room or the bowling alley as they had closed that up when I got there. Kim Weston was there signing autographs. They probably cleaned up on the $5.00 entry charge
