FM radio has worn out these songs for me, but my goodness, I don't think anyone's mentioned this one:

We Will Rock You > We Are the Champions: Queen

I used to freak people out by playing my 45 of this, with the songs on opposite sides of the same single. They were so used to hearing them back to back that "Champions" sounded naked without "Rock You," and "Rock You" sounded incomplete without "Champions."

Three more that I haven't seen mentioned, though they irritate me, so I can't say they are "favorites":

Threshold [of pain] > Jet Airliner -- Steve Miller Band

    Thank goodness for single edits!

Hard to Say I'm Sorry > Get Away -- Chicago

Again, thank goodness for single edits!

Sirius > Eye in the Sky -- Alan Parsons Project

No thanks to the Chicago Bulls and countless other sports teams that use this one.

Dreamboat Annie (Fantasy Child) >> acoustic guitar interlude >> Crazy On You - Heart: Dreamboat Annie.

Cambodia >> Reprise - Kim Wilde: Select. Actually, it's considered one track, but the single version cuts off the 3+ minute "Reprise" part.

Afraid of Love >> Lovers in the Night - Toto: IV.

I Believe >> Broken >> Head Over Heels / Broken (Live) >> Listen - Tears for Fears: Songs from the Big Chair (that's the entire LP Side 2).

Venus and Mars (Reprise) >> Spirits of Ancient Egypt - McCartney & Wings: Venus and Mars.

I Robot >> I Wouldn't Want to be Like You - Alan Parsons Project: I Robot

Blue Oyster Cult (Secret Treaties): "Cagey Cretins" into "Harvester Of Eyes"

The Pumps (Gotta Move): "Coffee With The Queen" into "Crime Don't Pay"

The Cars (Candy-O): "Double Life" into "Shoo-Be-Doo"

Hall & Oates - Out of Touch (from Big Bam Boom) has a song right before it that segues nicely into it

The Cars - Panorama segues into the 2nd track on that album. I remember hearing the Panorama album on the Record Bar store system when it was new back in '79 or '80, and thinking "wow, that's really a left turn for them" and the album today's not exactly considered a classic but I like it because they were trying something different.
