Not sure how many will respond to this, but....

Since a health scare a couple of years back, I've incorporated 'work-outs' into my daily routine.

After trying several that served me well for a time, this year I graduated to the Insanity! programme, as featured on those notorious infomercials.

Shaun T. (the trainer) is, I'd say, the most inspirational fitness guru on DVD. He really knows how to motivate people. It probably helps that his background is in dance/choreography rather than straight fitness.

Anyone else done Insanity? Are there other, similar programmes you could recommend?

Does she have Insanity Asylum? If so, what does she think ?

This is supposed to be a step-up from Insanity.

I tend to go more towards Yoga and Pilates.

I think she only has Hip-Hop Abs and one called Rockin' Body.
