Frontier: Netflix/Canadian TV Show

After two seasons of Frontier and no threads started about the show, I assume there aren't too many fans. I've watched the first season so far and I'm pretty hooked. It's a gory action thriller set in 1770s North America and entails a renegade fur trader named Declan Harp who is bent on destroying the man responsible for killing his entire family. There is more to that of course, but that's the central plot thus far. I guess the reviews have been mixed due to historical inaccuracies and some suspect British accents but I find it an entertaining show if you don't mind Walking Dead levels of graphic violence. A third season is set for later this year. Any thoughts?
