Funniest thing you ever saw on The Simpsons

Probably the third time I heard this one before I realized what the joke was:

Dr. Hibbert: You have an absolutely unique genetic condition known as "Homer Simpson" syndrome.
Homer [distressed]: Oh, why me?

 

Someone has probably already posted this, Phil Hartman just hits it out of the park..
On another note, I think Mr Burns has some of the funniest lines...

 

Four words:

"Hello everyone except Homer"

 

The Up With Everything SB halftime show. Celebrating the greatest hemisphere in the world!

 

Reverend Lovejoy: Ned, have you considered any of the other major religions? They're all pretty much the same.

 

Definitely one of the funniest moments. It was the gag that kept on giving.

I can't find a clip for it, but when Marge was at the marriage retreat listing the problems she had with Homer, and she was going on and on, then they faded out and came back to her still listing things, her voice weakened from talking so much. "...When he goes to sleep, he makes chewing noises. When he wakes up, he makes honking noises..."

I always laugh at the cat meow when Ralph spells cat.
