Has anyone here heard a Sakura Systems Gaincard amp?

I'm curious if anyone heard a Sakura Systems Gaincard amp? It's received great reviews at respected sites.

The reason why I ask isn't because I want to buy one. It's because there are sites all over the internet about how to build "Gainclones". Supposedly it uses one $6 chip per channel (yeah I know, its solid state).
