Is it possible to transfer these files to a usb Sandisk, to sample them on a stereo?
It seems to work, and my media player reads the tracks, but all I hear is static when I try to play them, why?
Perhaps they can only be played on the computer you downloaded them to?

What format did you download them in? You should have no problem at all transferring them to a flash drive and moving to another computer. If you downloaded FLAC, they are not going to play on iTunes.

They are wav. files, I am trying to play them on my Gemini CDJ - 700, through usb on a Sandisk.
The usb loads the tracks, shows all details like (wav. pattern, bpm, track time, and shows the song playing) but all I hear is a static noise.
Instruction book says up to 192khz/24-bit for usb audio. The tracks play fine on the computer though.

Still haven't gotten it to work?
Are you using the analog out of your Gemini into your audio system?

Nope! Not sure if it needs MIDI mode or HID to play High Definition Audio.
But not understanding why the usb sandisk shows it playing, but no sound.
I don't want to purchase DJ software just to sample HDA, but also my computer speakers don't really show the quality at all.
Yes, I am using the analog out.

Static would mean something in the Gemini is not properly handling the hi-rez
You have no problems with 16/44? You could try downsampling to 44 as a test

No problems with 16/44. Does this Gemini unit need the computer to play the hi-rez files perhaps, why?

When converting a High Def track 96khz/24-bit in itunes then transferring it to a flash drive it went from 96khz/16-bit and the 4:30 minute song changed to 10:30 minutes, and plays in slow motion. When I adjust pitch/tempo control to +100% it sounds perfect. What is causing this, do I need to do something before transferring the songs to a flash drive? The Gemini Cdj- 700 appears not to be the problem but the transferring of the tracks from the computer to the Sandisk.
