Hooker ‘n’ Heat - Vinyl

“Hooker ‘n’ Heat” - any fans of this double album originally released in 1971? I have the MFSL cd and would like to hear it on vinyl. There have been at least four releases over the years:

1971 - Liberty/United Artists
1986 - Rhino Records
2011 - Pure Pleasure Records
2012 - Friday Music

Recommendations?

 

Great album . Have it on Liberty and it sounds great to me .

 

@jamesmaya I know this is an old thread, but did you end up purchasing one of the above? I have a beat to death vinyl copy ( Liberty '71) I purchased in a second hand store, but I love this album and am looking to upgrade. Any recommendations?

 

Hello.... I got the Rhino and could definitely recommend it.

My original bought new upon release has served me quite well & I have upgraded 4 times
