I remastered PHIL COLLINS "But Seriously" today for Audio Fidelity. Sounds fantastic.

Ordered mine at amazon.com and at import-cd. Got the cd right now (from amazon), import-cd cancelled my order. I'll give it a spin in the evening....

This was the one song I really wanted to blast when I got it. I just kept increasing the volume as the song played. By the time it was finished the house was rocking pretty hard. Love the Clapton guitar throughout the song.

 

Yeah, it's really one of the best of this album.

 

I love the album and I absolutely love the way you made it sound. Yes and haooy Steve, job well done from your part and money well spent on mine.

 

I've had my subscriber copy for awhile.....haven't played it yet

Better get my a** in gear, my music backlog is creeping upwards again.

Sorry,but it's just not that great an lp in my books,there are tons of others that deserve a remastering,as far as sales,who cares.

Received the disc two days ago and listening right now to my #1600 copy . Even through my humble gear (Onkyo C-S5VL, Nad 3020, Beyer DT990 Pro 250, Silent Wire NF 7) this is clearly an improvement over my old Nimbus Virgin CD.
Maybe too rude, but to my ears this recording now has the balls it "...seriously" needed.

I complained to CS and showed them the new listing. They cancelled my original order and gave me the same price I originally got.

I just got it today, fantastic sounding!!!!

Even cooler, the disc is flawless.

Thank you Ralph! My order was cancelled also (I didn't even get a cancellation notice), but, in a live chat, a CS representative had me place a new order from the new listing and he manually modified the price within seconds.

This was some kind of bizarre inventory snafu, but Amazon rallied (as usual) with some fine customer service.

I was quite mad after waiting so long for this and it got cancelled. So for fun I did another search and up popped another listing, in stock! I was like WTF ?

So I did a chat like you did and told them of the new listing and how the other one was valid till recently and now looked like an out of stock/OOP listing.

He did exactly as you described for me quickly and I got it in a couple days.

Never seen that happen with Amazon. Very odd and I thought I missed out on this one. Which I thought was impossible.

 

Well, I jumped the gun and ordered it from blowitouttahere.com for $18.76 delivered. Waiting patiently for someone to deliver.

 

Just got my copy from that Amazon seller, perfect condition and a low no. too, 408! great mastering work from Mr. Hoffman, very crankable and you can really hear into the mix!

 

Heard it today for the first time. There's BASS on there!!! And a satisfying top end to boot!

The original mastering is now trash compared to this. Great job.
