I get columns of links, but no images and and am unable to run a search. I've occasionally seen other websites do this too. I always assumed it was a server problem.

Myself being someone who deals with tech support.. have you tried a different browser? Make sure your browsers are up to date, as well as your operating system.

I'm not having any troubles with Discogs. I'd check another browser, like yesteryear said.

I had to log back in today which I thought was a little strange. It's fine now.

I have Firefox and Google Chrome browsers functioning - and Discogs works on both of them. Occasionally, have to log in again, but other than that . . . as I'm neither a buyer nor seller, and my submissions serve as a roadmap for those doing either, I've not had the problems that some others have had on that site . . .

I experienced this issue before when I thought I went to the Discogs site. In reality, I was at columnsoflinks.com.

  20. I've seen similar issues with older outdated Macs and old outdated safari browsers.

    Greetings All,

I struggled to find a resolution to an old irrational user on the Discogs forum last year and was one of many online supporters that also felt obligated to report this "antagonistic revelry" from a series of gang up commentators and commentaries.

The rash of retaliatory negative votes, to taking a once friendly hobby to a place of constant bickering and ignorant troll like behavior from users that had nothing better to do but bully there know-it-all self righteous and down right disrespectful actions. Many newbies just abandoned their accounts from this abuse since it was constant and finally when Discogs management was grouply alerted of these violators I was like many satisfied to find long time users become "Former Submitters".

Remember while Discogs is a User-Built database of music. More than 317,000 people have contributed some piece of knowledge, to build up a catalog of more than 7,800,000 recordings and 4,700,000 artists with former moderators used. Now relies on peer to peer justification for reviews, submissions, clarification of votes and a community guidelines explained here.

While Discogs team realizes there are still many bits and pieces to undertake containment, a fair share of these aforementioned incidents still occur but remain under reported and hence therefore, nothing is done.

The methodology for this thread is to bring to acknowledgement these incidents of callous ill justices and practices to unite both group and peer activity to find course for a resolution. This is a belief that I'm sure Leadership at Discogs would like in their ranks as a form of growth rather than stagnant kaizen to their model plan.

These below users which caused heartburn to many, many newbies as well as contributors that just wanted to catalog music for their marketplace found much backlash to where they either abandoned their account or finally stood up and did something about it.

Former Long Time Users / Contributors that constantly violated terms and guidelines of social practice aforementioned for user-built community:
