Is there any way to extract files from a CD with pre-emphasis?

    I have been wracking my brain trying to find a way to extract files from a CD that has PE encoding to put on my iPod. I finally was able to burn a CD-R that sounds the same as the original CD, and I extracted from that. But now I'm wondering if just created a CD-R with the PE flag. Is there any way to extract files that take into account the PE flag?
