Apple TV remote for me. Simple, neat and intuitive.

 

Needs a Mute button and a Polarity button.

LG TVs are looking more and more like a mouse every year. One button is a possibility.

Yuck. That LG remote looks a little too much like a cheapo video game controller.

 

Where's the vibrate setting?

 

I didn't like that remote. Very loud "clank" noise whenever I adjusted the volume and the volume steps were too extreme, one click (I mean, CLANK) and it was too loud. Or too quiet.

Also didn't care for how it looked. That part is subjective, of course.....

 

Back to 1956...just one button but four different detectors to hit for each function.
