I'm wondering if the upcoming ITunes Music service will be accessible through the desktop iTunes Player and be controllable with the iOS Remote app. I'd like to stream the music to multiple Airport Expresses in my home. I hoping it's not just accessible through the iOS Music app. Anyone know?

I can't see why not and would imagine that to be very likely.

iMore has a pretty exhaustive overview of what is known about the service and I don't think that was addressed:

My guess is that the iOS remote will not be expanded, but I hope there is a capability to send to multiple Airport Expresses from any device:
"Apple Music will be available June 30 on the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, Macs, and PCs; you'll get Android access and Apple TV later this fall... On June 30, Apple will push out the iOS 8.4 update to the iPhone/iPad and an iTunes update; this includes the new Music app and support for the Apple Music service. We'll let you know when it happens, so stay tuned!"

No, it's from an updating to iOS 8.4 and then you can stream it as usual.
