If you were lucky enough to order from Burning Shed, they just sent you a replacement automatically. No returns were necessary.

Did anyone order and receive a corrected copy from the Amazon Marketplace seller All Your Music (it's among the cheapest ones) lately? It's really frustrating and ridiculous that we are still at the risk of getting defective copies, after almost 2 years...

Amazon UK are selling this once again. They are not the cheapest by any stretch, but they are aware of the issues surrounding this release (see my previous posts) so should provide a corrected copy. And their customer service - at least in my experience - is exemplary. Maybe e-mail them before you place an order?

Last week I purchased this set from a third party through Amazon.de (seller name: schnellundbilligwarenhandel) and I got a sealed copy with the corrected DVD, as the underline is there on the disc's label.

I have no affiliation with the aforementioned seller so I have no way of assuring anyone of what they're going to get, but I figured I'd let people here know. If it worked for me, it might work for someone else.

I ordered from Amazon a couple months back and received a corrected copy. Are only the ones with the underline on the disk label corrected? Mine does not have the underline.

Thanks for the info. I've just checked Amazon.de, and it appears that this seller has two listings with different prices (19.88 EUR and 20.88 EUR). Is there a more complicated process on Earth than buying a "right" version of TAAB?! :mudscrying:

I believe that only the underlined copies are the corrected copy.

Is the line under where it says "album duration"? If so mine is corrected!

What I would give for an underlined copy without having to buy the whole thing all over again... :( :sigh: :shake:

Curiously, TAAB is the only anniversary/collector's edition from the whole Wilson's batch that is currently deleted (according to Burning Shed). And, since there's obvious demand for this "crown jewel" of the JT discography, I'm really interested, why the people who recently acquired the EMI catalogue are sleeping...

I agree and I think they also should release a CD/DVD edition of the Aqualung remix.

And correct the Blu Ray. The Blu Ray has never been corrected.

Is the record company still replacing defective DVD's?

I think they stopped pressing new ones and it is increasingly hard to get your defective disc replaced.

what's the difference between the 40th Anniversary Edition and the "40th Anniversary Special Edition"?

How would someone get one replaced at this point? If they are not pressing them?

I want to know that too... I bought a faulty copy 6 months ago and couldn't get anywhere with the seller, and I just can't go around buying the whole thing all over again... :help:
